Discover three extraordinary Mayan ecosystems with a snorkeling tour that will take you to the Mexican Caribbean Sea, an underground river in the depths of the jungle, and a mystical cenote. The tour operates from Monday to Saturday in English and Spanish. In French language only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Basic swimming skills required. This tour is not suitable for people with severe physical or motor disability, serious heart problems, or people who cannot engage in moderate physical activity. French speaking guides available only Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
  • Transportation included only from/to centrally located Hotels in the Cancun area. If you’re staying in a different area, an extra fee may apply
  • It is of the utmost importance that you provide your complete Hotel/Cruise details at the time of booking. Without this information, we will not be able to confirm your reservation. If this is the case, please contact us immediately to reconfirm your reservation
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We booked (AND PAID FOR IN ADVANCE!!!!!) a shuttle van to take 8 women round trip from our resort to Playa Del Carmen and then from Playa Del Carmen back to the resort. We got there, did our excursion, and then the shuttle never picked us back up. 20 minutes after he was due to be there, we ended up having to pay $100 for a taxi back. They keep saying a representative will contact us back for a refund, after contacting them multiple times. It’s been 2 weeks since we left Mexico and STILL have yet to even hear back from anyone or see a refund. They literally stranded us in another country after we already paid them for a service. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t use this company unless you want to waste your money and still have to pay for another form of transportation.
