Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

On December 24 & 31, the lounges will close at 8 PM (except for Terminal 4 International Lounge that closes at 6 PM).
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Having visited this area a few years ago, we were really looking forward to our visit. What a disappointment!!! The food was so much poorer than last time, the decor had changed, it was more akin to sitting in a dinner school. The staff had to be asked twice for a toasted sandwich, apparently they forgot!!!! It wasn't that busy!!

While there are plenty of places to eat in the Cancún airport, the lounges gives you a quiet place to relax and charge your devices while waiting for our flight. The food was very good, mini croissant sandwiches, chicken skewers, a variety of salads, both potato and corn chips, guacamole, desserts and beer, wine and sodas, all unlimited, feeding a teenage boy, I would have paid much more elsewhere. They also have liquor but didn't seek that out, what we got was plenty. Will definitely purchase again.

It's relatively cool and air conditioned, there are couches and chairs and TVs. They have alcohol and some food. That said, it's very crowded and there's was a waitlist to get in. The food choices are limited and there is no packaged food. You can only stay for three hours and then you either pay again or get kicked out. It is very small. Bearable and better than the lobby outside. Five stars only for actually being open, three for having alcohol and one star for the time limit and limited food. Also, good heavens most people's children are so horrid.
