About a year ago we planned a big family reunion in CanCun over Christmas. I was nervous about using general taxi services, as I had heard that there could be some safety concerns. Our reunion involved different parties arriving and leaving at different times, yet I wanted to take care of the services for everyone myself. I wanted a service that was safe and reliable, and Paradise Transfers did that, and more! I was able to share the itineraries of all the parties and everyone was picked up at the airport and dropped off at the hotel without a hitch. We arranged our trip back to the airport through them as well. Our driver was courteous and very professional. All communication with their office staff was prompt and friendly. We were all impressed! We are quick to recommend this service to our friends who plan to visit. If we go back, we will be booking through them again!
