Driver was a NO SHOW, we circled around outside the airport and even asked for help. We were terrified

Transportation was at the airport as planned.Driver was courteous and professional. Vehicle was clean and neat. Met at designated site with a card with my name on it. Overall excellent experience.

Over all, an exceptionally positive experience. I would recommend. Well organized and helpful, reliable and courteous service. Solo senior traveler hired prior to trip for an hour and half ride. Staff greeted and lead the way to my ride. The only down side was there was not an immediate ride for me so they hired a waiting cab. The driver talked about himself the entire time, insisted on a higher tip and tried to secure more business for himself. I was somewhat leery of him. I called the company and they apologized. The return ride was as expected and on time. I would give excellent if not for the first cabbie. I think the intentions of the company to secure my timely ride we’re appropriate.
