We had kind drivers from airport to ferry , ferry to resort and then resort to the airport. We wish we could remember all their names but Maurice was Fantastic! He took us from Atelier to the airport on March 19. It was like a tour :) he did a quick stop at a ruin, explained the meaning of Cancún and highlighted a lot of other things along the way. He went above and beyond . Great job !!!!

Puntualidad y servicio! Pick up en el aeropuerto estuvo a tiempo, con muy buena disposición y actitud positiva. Buscando siempre la mejor forma de llegar y a tiempo a pesar del tráfico y obras.

Hiring a transfer in advance from the Cancun airport to any resort or activity is highly recommended and Blue Trippers is the way to go. We were met in the airport by a representative holding up a sign with our name on it. He led us out to where we would be picked up and stayed with us until the transfer arrived. The airport was VERY busy and trying to navigate around would not be easy if you aren't familiar with the airport. We then had a pleasant drive to our resort on the strip. When preparing to leave the resort for our flight home our driver Erik Ruiz arrived ahead of time in a very luxurious SUV that accommodated us and all of our luggage. We had a pleasant drive and conversation with Erik and he got us safely to the airport in short order.
