You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Alex Dias was amazing! I couldn’t have had a better experience. Walked outside airport and he was waiting and said my name as I was walking up to him. Was parked in the 1st closest space(which was great with all our luggage) nice clean large suv and they had the car seat requested ready to go! A+++++++ He also spoke perfect English! I’ll admit I was skeptical with all the varying reviews, but I couldn’t have had a better experience!!! Would recommend so far! I’m assuming our pick up will go just as well!

We use this company every time we visit Cancun. Alex, our driver, was exceptional! He was on time and an extremely professional driver. The company as a whole is very friendly and professional to use as well for our needs. Well worth the minimal cost for transportation ease.

Pésima agencia, desde que llegamos, se tardaron 1 hra en llegar por nosotros, incluso, no era un vehículo oficial de ellos, porque ni siquiera lo tenía programado, en fin, nos trasladan, y un día antes del regreso envía una unidad, cuando yo hice el cambio, entonces ya no me dio el traslado de regreso al aeropuerto porque argumenta que fue viaje perdido, nunca programaron correctamente los traslados
