I had a lovely experience during my trip to Playa del Carmen. Ana was very kind to me and very helpful. She offered me advice on restaurants and places to visit. She answered any questions that I had and was always available if I had any concerns. Before arriving she made sure that I knew exactly how to find them at the airport, so there was no confusion when I arrived. Throughout my stay Ana made me feel welcome and at home!
