We arranged for CLT to pick us up at the Cancun airport on April 15th. We confirmed this with the owner of CLT three days before our departure from Canada. Our flight was on time but, it took some time to get through customs and to get our checked luggage. We left the airport to find out our private transportation had left 15 minutes after our plane landed!!! Potentially leaving us stranded at the airport. A gentleman helped us outside of the airport by calling CLT. My husband talked to the owner of CLT and he said it would be 2.5 HOURS before he could have another driver meet us. Luckily the airline provided transportation was still at the airport and the same gentleman helped us find it. The owner of CLT called my husband directly after we were on the bus apologizing for his driver leaving us behind... Luckily we had arranged to pay cash upon arrival and we weren't out any money. I would strongly recommend NOT booking with this company! They WILL leave you stranded at the airport!

Very efficient service. The most satisfying part of my experience with CLT was that when we arrived at my hotel my phone slipped out of my pocket and I didn't notice until the shuttle had already left. When I contacted CLT they informed me that the driver had found my device and they returned it to me in a timely manner when they had their next transfer to our hotel. Greatly appreciated !! Driver was waiting for us at airport when we landed and we were picked up for our return to airport on time and in plenty of time to make our flight. Thanks very much for the excellent service. We will be using this service again !

Great time,pick up to the airport was perfect. Got all our bags loaded and we made it to LAX with time to spare. On our return trip he was one time and back to airport with ease. Thanks were much for all your help. Great trip!!!
