We arrive to pick you up directly at your hotel or condominium at the time indicated in the reservation. It is important that your pick-up schedule includes the necessary time in advance of your flight. A tolerance of 20 minutes is offered after your pick-up time.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Arrived on time for both airport pick up and drop off even with our arrival flight being delayed. Vehicle is as clean and driver respectful and nice.
