This is the 2nd time using eTransfers and it was just as good as the 1st. They picked us up at the car rental dropoff at Cancun airport, we drove in from Villadolid so we weren't sure of arrival time so there was a little delay there. Using whatsapp we easily reached them and were picked up for transfer to our Puerto Morelos hotel. Return was right on time with no issues for a quick return to Cancun airport.

Es la segunda vez que viajo con ellos y muy bien. Pero a la llegada al aeropuerto si te hacen esperar, y te venden tu paquete que ya te estarán esperando porque según monitorean los vuelo....perooo eso no es así... Las dos veces he tenido que esperar hasta 15 minutos a que me recojan entre tumultos de gente... que van a otros transportes. Para el viaje de regreso al aeropuerto perfecto,,, han llegado antes de la hora citada y ellos mismos mandan whatsapp de confirmación. Eso esta muy bien.
