You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I've used this company a few times for transportation and It's not the greatest, not the worst. They make you wait quite a while at the airport waiting for either a van or more passengers. Around 45 minutes consistently. My most recent experience was awful. The agent stationed at my resort (planet hollywood cancun) was initially very unhelpful. When I had trouble getting to my reservation, he kept referring me to use the bar code to get help. After this happened multiple times, he finally realized that my issue could not be resolved online and agreed to help me. It defeats the purpose to have an agent there if he refuses to help and just points to a scan code. There are elderly people, and people that are technologically ignorant, and those people deserve to have the option of resolving any issues with the agent. Lastly after all of that, which took me over an hour to resolve, my issue was never fixed. 2 of my guests were basically left stranded at the hotel, and even though I had confirmed their reservation, they were not allowed to board the van. They had to pay out of pocket for a taxi. That should never happen. Customer service did not reach out, nor were any apologies ever issued. They will not be my first choice for future travel.

Nous avons passé une incroyable excursion grâce à Nexus Tours à Isla Mujeres ! Angel été très gentil, on a bien sympathisé avec lui et nous a donné plein de conseils tout le long de notre voyage ! Le transport a été impeccable, il est arrivé à l'heure à l'hotel, et le chauffeur était très aimable ! Je vous recommande fortement cette excursion, ca a été clairement le meilleur moment de nos vacances ! Mention spécial à Angel avec qui nous partageons la même passion pour le Dubstep !
