  • Snorkeling, water activities, slides, and trampolines are subject to weather conditions and safety regulations. If these activities cannot be conducted due to unfavorable weather, strong currents, or directives from the Port Captaincy, they will be suspended without the possibility of a partial or full refund •For safety reasons, the snorkeling activity is not allowed for children up to 7 years old or 1.25 meters tall and people over 60 years old.
  • Snorkeling is not allowed for people over 60 years of age.
  • Children under 1.20 meters are not alowed to make the snorkeling activity.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This s was the worst experience ever! They took my $460, failed to inform me of a cancellation, then failed to reimburse me for the taxi service and inconvenience of my family waiting for over an hour trying to figure out what happened. I’m still waiting for my refund!
