The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 08:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

  • The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.

  • We are not responsibles if you forgot your personal belogings in the bus or park, make sure you do not forget any item when you get off the bus
  • We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
  • Children over 6 years old can access to the park, Entry is not allowed for children 5 and under
  • Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing. Additionally, bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
  • Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs, get the photos of your visit, or enjoy an Optional Activity.
  • Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must show an ID on the park to verify their age as well.
  • For the zip-line activity, a minimum height of 4.5 ft (1.4 m) and a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg) are required.
  • The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
  • Please take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to reach them are not paved and could be bumpy.
  • Also be aware that due to the location of the cenotes in the middle of the jungle, cell phone service is likely unavailable.
  • It is not possible to make a date change the same day of your visit.
  • There might be changes without prior notice to the tour’s logistics or operation.
  • Smoking Control: At Grupo Xcaret we comply with government regulations by offering smoke-free and emission-free spaces. For smoking, we have designated exclusive areas restricted for minors, pregnant women, senior citizens, and people with cardiovascular and pulmonary health problems.
  • This tour is not recommended for people with heart, lung, or spine conditions; with asthma, diabetes, or hypertension; or pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant. The average water temperature of the cenotes is 75 to 78° F throughout the year.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Una de las mejores experiencias de nuestra vida. Todos los cenotes están muy bien cuidados y se ha respetado lo más posible la naturaleza. La atención es excelente. Nos tocó el mejor guía: AUGUSTO!!! Nos hizo pasar un día divertido, y llegamos a disfrutar hasta una experiencia espiritual en el último cenote. La comida deliciosa. Muy recomendable.
