Both drivers who picked us up were wonderful! Alberto was ready for us to head back to the airport, and the vehicles were accessible, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely use their accessible transportation if I travel to Cancun again.

I created an account on Trip Advisor just to write this review for Alberto and his team at FOR HANDICAP TRAVELERS. I'm a wheelchair user and for my recent trip to Cancun, I used their service. I can't say enough great things about them. Alberto who worked with us from their team was super nice, professional, and fun! we used their service for round trip transportation from the CUN airport to our hotel (Fairmont Mayakoba). We also asked Alberto to take care of our day trip to Tulum. All that great service was absolutely remarkable, but what I'm most impressed by was Alberto going out of his way to even help me going to places that were not wheelchair accessible completely. He would bring his ramp to a bar or restaurant to make sure that I could join my friends. Alberto and the whole team are awesome. I'm very grateful that I got to meet them.

I am paralyzed in a wheelchair and I love to travel. I have used many different transportations companies but this was by far the best. I'm always worried want the van will be like once I arrive at an airport . ( India was an absolute nightmare) This company was excellent. My driver Alberto was early and I didn't have to search for him , he was waiting with a smile and a sign with my name on it. The van couldn't be better. Very nice newer van with a pretty cool fold down ramp (the motorized ramps break a lot , I prefer a fold down. ) The van was clean and the driver was so kind and helpful. 5 stars, a wonderful experience. We were running late for check out and really cutting it close for the flight but Alberto waited for us and got us to our flight early! We even had time to eat it was great. I highly recommend this company and definitely ask for Alberto , he taught us so much on the rides.
