We had to search for the driver over an hour, he didn't have a sign up. Another company had to call around to find our driver.when finally found he didn't greet us we ask for water he said no, we asked can he play music he said no. It was a quiet ride from airport to Playa del Carmen

Our transfer was canceled without notice even though it was prepaid. Could not get anyone to help me

Got to the airport and no one was there. The company did not have my reservation (even though it was paid) and had no vehicles available. Not sure if it was their fault or Viator, but it was a huge hassle and we had to find another company.
