Pick up starts at 8am, depending your hotel location the time may change, we will contact you by email ton confirm the exact pick up time and location. We do pick up major hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if you hotel in not deserved by our route we will set the closest pick up point.

  • The maximum weight of a passenger to take part on this activity is 240 lb, while the minimum is 55 lb
  • Basic swimming skills are necessary to take part in some of the activities of the tour
  • This tour is not recommended for travelers with a limited mobility, with breathing problems or with a heart condition, pregnant women, with recent surgeries, or people who can not perform moderate physical activities
  • Your pick-up schedule and more details will be sent by email after completing the booking process
  • People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in this tour
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It’s my first time in my life to do ATV and Ziplining. People there helped me with fears. Food is delicious.

Totalmente recomendado, lo recogen a uno en el hotel y te llevan hasta la base cerca del Cenote mojarra, a nosotros nos encantó, seguro, personal preparado, atentos, amigables, una experiencia dentro de la selva, los guias son excelentes personas, en todo momento te acompañan y hacen que los momentos difíciles parezcan fáciles, te ayudan a hacer la pose de spiderman cosa que solo jamás uno se atrevería, el baño en el cenote es espectacular!

We did a whole package with Loma Bonita booking with our agent at GoGo Vacations. Shuttle pick up to and from our hotel was scheduled. The whole Loma Bonita team was incredibly helpful setting us up in our gear and always got us laughing. It was a jam packed half day and so worth it. They even had people take pictures for you. on the Horseback Riding, our guide would borrow our phones to take pics for us, and on the Zip Lining and 4Wheeling ATV Riding, they had a guy taking really great photos that we were able to purchase afterwards. we got 5 photos for $25. Def bring your swimsuit to dip into the cenote!! It's refreshing on a hot summer day!! And a towel to dry off!! They also feed you a homecooked meal, so altogether it makes for an awesome experience!!
