I've taught Beach Yoga for 12 years in our quaint tourist town of Cape May, NJ. I love the opportunity to provide visitors and locals with an unforgettable experience. I've learned how to provide the ultimate Beach Yoga class! I love being able to have our class right out on the beach and I teach it in a way that keeps us from getting all sandy while allowing everyone to enjoy a class that is both relaxing and powerful.

Setting was great. Do not ask for more will never fill these out again. I’m not paid for reviews. Now this has really pissed me off.

Enjoyed our morning on the beach doing yoga. My daughter and I finished off our long weekend trip with a relaxing, yoga flow. Kelsy is lovely and a wonderful instructor. We also enjoyed seeing dolphins swim by! Now it's back to school and work. I am looking forward to our next visit. Next time we'll come each morning. Do yourself a favor and just go. Kelsy will make your day better.

Kelsey was great!!! Beautiful ???? & relaxing experience. She was very fluid with the yoga movements & had a nice calming effect. Plus the weather was magnificent.
