Early communication was great. Meet up was early as well. English communication during tour was mediocre. Long story short, I previously canceled and rebooked this tour. We did not have any of our baggage, so we did not have any rash guards. I was informed that if wetsuits was our problem they have some to provide. Upon arrival they only had one suit that was too small and boards that were also too short and small for our height and weight. We were asked our height/size but they didnt communicate to us they dont have our sizing (probably to keep the booking) In total due to this circumstance, We were only able to surf one out of 2 hours. Additionally, the car was an hour late to pick us up. If our crew ship were to leave any earlier we would have missed departure.
