Very cool experience, the views of Cappadocia are amazing. The ballon flight itself was an hour in the air and felt very safe. The hotel transfers were prompt and communication for the organiser was clear. Got picked up at 4:40am retuned back to the hotel 7:30am. Would recommend!

Saw a beautiful sunrise on the hot air balloon, the whole flight was an hour, the operator's skill was good. There was a celebration ceremony and a certificate was issued.

The driver was amazing. The pilot was allegedly experienced but took us on a VERY BORING ride. Just up and down. When I enquired about this the reason was one time given as "they will fine us if we get too close" or "the wind". Meanwhile there was almost zero wind on the day, and I saw plenty of other balloons getting super close to the buildings in Goreme.
