Clean, quick pick up in the morning, very good instructions for the hot air balloon. I felt very safe the entire ride! Champagne provided after the flight was lovely.

Abdullah was a brilliant pilot with exceptional mastery of his balloon. He is also charming and funny. He took us very close to the fairy chimneys and landed perfectly on the trailer saving his ground crew loads of effort afterwards. Turquaz was very professionally run and worth the price.

Easy online booking months in advance for thr ‘Comfort’ flight (16 pax in a basket that could hold 20). Easy communication afterwards using both email and WhatsApp (we were grateful for the email backup because we were using an Esim for the first time and and weren’t sure that would work as well as it did). Day 1 was canceled by Turkish aviation authorities at 1 pm the day before. Faultless communication from. Turquax and they held a place for us the next day pending us to confirm we could do it. Same deal the 2nd day, but they were sold out or ‘Comfort Flight’ so we were asked to accept a Turquaz (20 pax) flight which we did. Note; prices had increased since we booked, and they didn’t offer a discount for the difference we would have paid if we booked the 20 pax flight to begin with - BUT - they treated our rebooking with priority, so that was really appreciated. 3rd morning pickup impeccable, breakfast very nice at their facility … and then after more than an hour, the aviation authority canceled all flights. By this date, you can only imagine how many disappointed pax they had after 3 days of no flights, but they made a note that we had been canceled 3 times and put us at the very top of the list (despite other pax having paid more) and we finally got our flight which was AWESOME!!!
