Never ever book any activity with QX Travel Cappadocia. It will simply spoil your holiday experience. We booked Hot Air Baloon ride with this agency two months in advance. Shared complete Details, passport, hotel name etc. They confirmed that ride is booked. Finally we visited Cappadocia. Two days prior to Ballon ride. Visited their office. He asked for higher charges. Earlier it was 200Euro per person but now he refused and asked to pay 250Euro. We agreed as we don't have choice and paid too. On the day of ride we were ready at 5.45SM Standing in cold weather. Waited till 6.15AM. Called up agency person as all other Pickups were done from hotel by other agencies. He didn't picked up our multiple calls. Finally reverted on wts app to wait in room as our ride couldn't be arranged. We kept waiting and calling till 8AM with no revert. We had to catch flight so rushed to QX Travel for refund. The key person who was dealing with is was not there. Other person met and informed refund can be post 11AM. We insisted for immediate refund as we were getting late to catch flight. Finally he refunded. Sad part is we could enjoy once in life time opportunity to fly in Hot air Baloon ride at Cappadocia. And it seems just because of MIS management and goof up. I checked earlier reviews too post this incidence and similar reported by few others too.

Mikail cares for his business & customers. He was really reliable & I’m impressed because when I gave him the wrong date of our arrival at the airport he was able to quickly handle & provide quickly transportation for us. Our hot air balloon was the highlight of our trip at Kapadokya. We took the private exclusive ride as he recommended. No regrets. Whatever tours or service you need in Turkey he has it.
