We will collect you from your hotel around sunrise (it really is the best time of the day)  and take you to our office in Goreme. Our pilots check the weather conditions and decide on the best launch site for the preferred flight path. Once at the launch site there will be a full safety briefing and you will have first hand experience of the balloon inflation. The crew will help you into the basket and when everyone is happy and comfortable, the moment you have dreamt of...up, up and away! Below you, a unique landscape, a combination of natural beauty and a deep and complex history. Before we return to your hotel, we celebrate our flights with champagne and passengers each receive a personalized commemorative flight certificate and medal with our sincere thanks for sharing the best part of our day. As we can not start to fly without having their(The Civil Aviation Authority) daily permission we can't guarantee to take off before sunrise.

Amazing experience in Goreme with the hot Air baloon at the sunrise. Our pilot Ali Riza was a real master of the sky and the flight was easy and georgeous. Thank you very much for this!!!

Had a great experience with these guys. From the first contact and booking of the ride, to the rebooting due to bad weather. Timely pickup , smooth take off and great landing. And everything in between was great, super safe, the baloon goes quite slow (depending on weather). Totally recommend it

The balloon ride really was amazing. It was a once in a lifetime experience and we enjoyed every second of it. Our pilot, Mustafa, was excellent. Not only was he a superb pilot, he was also very personable and spoke excellent English. We were originally booked for Thursday 20 April. The flight was cancelled on this day due to the high winds. We were kept informed every half hour and of course we were all hoping the winds would drop and we could fly but that wasn’t the case. We were then rescheduled to the next day. We found Butterfly Balloons to be a very professional organisation with every aspect running very smoothly, including the information provided on booking and the day before the flight, the hotel pick-up, breakfast, getting to the landing sight and the return to the hotel. We have no hesitation in recommending Butterfly Balloons. We have spent just over 3 weeks in Turkey and the balloon ride is definitely the highlight.
