Traveler pickup is offered

Pickup form hotel before sunrise about 05:00 AM. Transfer to meeting point , light breakfast and when gov. officers give permission to Fly transfer to fly point. ( Please inform your hotel name at reservation request )

    Pickup from your hotel , transfer to meeting point. Light Breakfast , tea coffee at waiting point. Withing gov. permission for flight ,transfer to fly point. Take hotair balloon flight with offical licenced pilots . 1 hour flight . Within landing , toasting champagne and celebration and get your certificates. Transfer back to your hotels.

Excellent experience , our pilot very professional and very enthusiastic Crew members as well They promised a certificate but never got one at our Hotel lunar Cappadocia otherwise great and fun activity

Very bad and worst experience. On 22 oct we had a confirm booking for baloon ride but the service provider of Viator did not arrive to pick us from hotel at 5 am and instead wrote a sorry message to us stating sorry cant pickup as overbooked and will refund. Horrible exp for my family.

Driver arrived on time, everything was smooth, tea and snacks served before the flight. The pilot and ground staff were very efficient and the views were magnificent on a clear non windy day. I highly recommend this, you feel a real sense of adventure and accomplishment afterwards.
