If balloon tour cancel one day before your travelling date, we refund you full money back. But if balloon cancelled in balloon take off area last minute, we refund %50 of your money. Because we already give you transportation service to balloon take off area. That's why, we cut %50 for transportation service.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

La mejor agencia de actividades de Cappadocia. Fuimos a casi todas las agencias para comparar precios y Hometown fue la mejor, no solo por los precios sino porque desde el principio nos trataron como de la familia, especialmente Volcan, que se convirtió en un amigo. Hicimos un recorrido en ATV al atardecer y volamos en globo al amanecer, fue increíble si volvemos repetiremos con esta agencia seguro. Gracias por todo! The best activity agency in Cappadocia. We went to almost all the agencies to compare prices and Hometown was the best, not only because of the prices but also because from the beginning they treated us like family, especially Volcan, who became a friend. We did an ATV tour at sunset and we flew in a hot air balloon at sunrise, it was amazing, if we come back we will repeat with this agency for sure. Thanks for everything!

We booked with V, because he was very helpful and he lived in Brighton! he booked us a Hot Air Bollon flight, which was unfortunately, was cancelled before before we got out of the minibus, he happily rebooked us for the next day, but then informed us that that was also cancelled due to the weather. He then managed to find another flight for the last day of our holiday. Which he managed to get at better price than he thought to was going to be (after two no flies). Very helpful with other trips as well. Nice apple tea and use of WiFi. V and his partner are great, good banter, very helpful and resourceful. Recommend then both. Thanks V
