Our approach is “easy and homemade”, therefore recipes are simple to follow and replicate with the use of basic equipment and with the best tool on the market: your wonderful hands. The wine selection offered is the result of a meticulous research of regional natural wine producers. The outcome of ancient processes adopted by contemporary artisans who are passionate and respectful of their land and what grows on it. Our menu is completely Vegetarian.

Stefanie was absolutely fantastic. She greeted us with a glass of wine on her patio terrace and then put us to work making Caprase ravioli, Egg Plant Parmesan and an amazing flourless lemon cake. She’s a master Italian chef and wonderful hostess. We couldn’t have felt more at home and left having had one of our best meals in Italy. Brava!!!!! Fantastic. If you are looking for an immersive Italian cooking experience book this event! 10 out of 10!

What great fun! Not to mention the food, wine and tons of information. Our Hostess was fantastic. My wife and I were made to feel at home immediately. My wife is an experienced cook and baker, so we feel that our Hostess dove a little deeper into providing tips and hints for the prep, etc. of the dishes of the day. It was more like cooking with an old friend.
