Stefanie was absolutely fantastic. She greeted us with a glass of wine on her patio terrace and then put us to work making Caprase ravioli, Egg Plant Parmesan and an amazing flourless lemon cake. She’s a master Italian chef and wonderful hostess. We couldn’t have felt more at home and left having had one of our best meals in Italy. Brava!!!!! Fantastic. If you are looking for an immersive Italian cooking experience book this event! 10 out of 10!
