Was very disappointed in this venue. We had a 9:15 pm appointment and went to the location that was printed on the receipt. No horses or carriages there. We went to another carriage company just down the street and asked if they knew. Oscar, the carriage driver, was great. He contacted the company and took a picture of our receipt and gave us a great ride. I guess they had already left but didn’t contact us. Thanks to Oscar for helping us out from another company we were able to see Central Park that scheduled night. I hope he got paid from this company. We gave him a very generous tip but he deserved to be paid for their mistake.

Vitaly was superb..kept us interested in all around us..stop for pictures which are fantastic…would recommend this to anyone..only advice is the 20 or so companies that run the rides need to be better organised..you can spend 10-15 minutes trying to find the right guy ..so arrive early.
