¡Esta experiencia fue fantástica! somos de los Estados Unidos e hicimos el recorrido por el mercado, que fue increíble, y luego una experiencia culinaria memorable con la chef Maria Delgado. Su inglés era perfecto para entender, su personalidad animada y cálida, su cocina experta y deliciosa! ¡Fue una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa y una excelente manera de comprender mejor la cultura y la cocina de Cartagena!

Excelente curso, aprendí muchísimo, el Chef Andres y su ayudante Mavis son los mejores, siempre dispuestos y cordiales. La infraestructura de excelencia, mucho espacio, los artículos de cocina de alta calidad y los insumos de las preparaciones de primer nivel Curso muy recomendado , no se arrepentirán, personalmente vuelvo a tomarlo en mi próximo viaje y aprender nuevos platos.
