This was a unique experience. We were not sure what to expect and our guide made was very comfortable as we were def outside our “normal comfort zone”. Even learned how to throw a fishing net, like a local. Katherine was the most passionate and professional guide we hide throughout our Perú and Columbia tours! Go try something different and learn how the locals survive.

This was an overall great experience and Katherine is an amazing tour guide. She’s super smart and so much fun to talk to. The canoe ride with the fishing lesson was really enjoyable. The only downside was the lunch afterwards. It was at a random restaurant on a somewhat dirty beach. I would recommend that you enjoy the mangrove tour and maybe skip the lunch.

We spent 2 days touring with Caesar. He has a wealth of knowledge about the local customs and history. We have a greater appreciation for this beautiful area and the people. He tailored our tours to what we wanted. But he also made great suggestions to guide our choices. He is warm, enthusiastic and provided a wonderful experience for our group. We had a very memorable time and felt quite safe. I would highly recommend him!
