  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Driver was not waiting for us when we arrived, despite having notified the transfer company. Arrived later. Transfer company not responsive via text during wait. Driver was very niice

Our driver was waiting for us with our name sign upon arrival, was courteous and knew how to navigate the confusing Cartagena streets with ease. We were taken directly in a nice clean car to our destination.
