We had an awesome experience. Dennis was with us the whole way through. We needed drinks, good food, and great music, he delivered on all three. Whenever we’re in Cartagena again, we will definitely be using this service

Nous avons pris un tour « 4 îles » au poste #6. Nous voyageons beaucoup et savions que ce genre d’animations serait décevante mais les descriptions de Lonely Planet nous invitait à insister (150.000 pesos par personne) Arrivés à 8:30 comme demandé, nous ne sommes partis qu’à 9:30; environ 35 personnes par speed boat (serrés comme des sardines mais grisés par la vitesse, ça passe). Mais les stops sont affligeants. Bien sur tous les bateaux vont aux mêmes endroits au même moment! Le premier où on est racketté:: il n’y a rien à faire sur l’île ; juste choisir entre payer pour “l’aquarium” (une piscine de poisson) et une sortie accompagnée de snorkling sur un haut fond en mer (50.000 pesos); on voit pas mal de poissons mais tous grouillant au même endroit , ce n’est pas l’ambiance “nature” espérée. Deuxième stop, Cholon, le clou de la sortie: une centaine de tables à fleurs d’eau, de la bouffe, des boissons, de la musique, des gens éméchés qui dansent en maillot en exhibant leurs formes généreuses; tout cela dans un bouillon de culture, les uns sur les autres. Un remake de Sodome et Gomorre à la colombienne. Et pas d’échappatoire. Au moins le grotesque de la situation a fait rire les ados. Troisième stop. Ah ben c’est pas un stop car plage privée et on est un peu à la bourre. C’est un stop “panoramica”: on regarde seulement. Français, on insiste car moins de concentration qu’ailleurs et on peut enfin se baigner. L’eau n’est pas turquoise et là encore limité à une lande de terre de 200m. Quatrième stop, playa branca. L’attrape couillon. Une immense et belle plage de sable blanc. Mais une succession de restaurants bas de gamme et de location de transat cheap. Un déjeuner inclus dans un restaurant miteux. A éviter
