Did the walking tour and the guide was fairly robotic, we were an English speaking group with a mostly Spanish group so her translations weren't as in depth as they could have been. The emerald shop and cocktail bar stop didn't really explain anything and they just wanted you to buy something. Not worth it

We couldn't use these tickets as they appeared to be for cartegena Columbia although the booking was for cartegena Spain,the bus operator wouldn't honor the ticket,I there was no indication that they were actually for columbia, I did email viator with no reply ,this has happened to other users as well so check carefully

It did not meet schedule, the Portuguese speakers did not work. If it weren't for Merlin, a tour vendor at La Bodeguita, we'd be there by now. Because of this, we were worried about going down somewhere and returning to the bus, since that was the proposal.
