We were denied access do to cruise ship customers. We were told there wasn't room. We explained we have purchased tickets for this day but we're told the people that booked through the cruise had priority.

Was told we couldn’t use our tickets because all the cruise ships have them all. I was told that we could buy a ticket from on the bus looks like your worker are trying to steal from tourists

No bus. They did private instead of accepting 30 people prepaid voucher. Horrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone.
