Getting off the bus was the best part. We were not told that you had to take a taxi to get the on off bus to the old city and there was only one road and traffic was crazy. 20 min later and $20 later we get to one of the stops. The pickup time was supposed to be 10:13am. Found lady selling tickets for the hop on and off but she spoke no English ????. Finally found another employee and was told it’s on its way maybe 5 min. So around 10:35 we get on only to get to the next stop and wait 40 minutes baking in the sun waiting for a walking tour to get back on. Next stop again baking in the sun the driver leaves and comes back about 10 min later. Now it’s almost noon and we have to be back on ship by 1:30 and still have to take a taxi back to port. We saw a few things from bus baked got off and took a taxi back. Viator you should maybe ride on one of these buses in Cartagena then see if it’s something you would offer in the future. BTW at the stop we were let out on there was no traffic lights or road crossing. We had to practically stop traffic with our hands to cross this busy street.

Due to a very bad write up on the Viator website describing the tour, I inadvertently booked a bus tour for the wrong city. Viator would NOT refund my money even after I described the situation. I will be extremely hesitant to use their website in the future. May the buyer beware!

Habe das falsche Cartagena gebucht. Sollte Spanien und nicht Kolumbien sein. Deshalb nicht bewertbar.
