Tour was great, bus ride very comfortable. The hike is serious in the sense that speed was quite fast but we had great time.

So you're in Cartagena, you don't want to pay the extra for staying a night or two in Santa Marta, and deal with the hassle of organizing your Tayrona Park entry. You don't want to spend hours and hours laying on a beach because that's boring. Instead, you want to see a variety of what the park has to offer. What's a girl to do? This tour! Keep in mind it's a looooong day and the van isn't *all* that comfortable. But you get to hike (~ 15km total, about 7+ each way), you see forest life, 5 beaches, and spend just the right amount of time (~1hr) at the final beach. Lunch was delicious. It's in Spanish but they'll try a few words of English if you really need it. The hiking guide will hustle you along the hike and it's **sweaty**. Def a highlight of my several months in Colombia.

Mi experiencia: - El guia en el bus no lleva micrófono, por lo que habla solo para los de la fila de delante. - Barranquilla la vimos pasar a lo lejos, no hicimos panorámico ni entramos a la ciudad. - En llegar a Tayrona, tuvimos un guia que andaba muy rápido, sin esperar a nadie como si fuera solo a por el objetivo de llegar a la playa, sin disfrutar del paisaje de naturaleza que ofrece el parque. Que envidia ver otros guías con otros tours que si iban mas calmados y les contaban detalles por el camino. Perdí al guia y tuve que seguir solo en un parque natural sin indicaciones. El tour dice que te llevan a cabo san juan, a nosotros nos llevaron a otra playa de antes de esta, no se el porque ya que san juan estaba muy cerca no nos llevaron. Y san juan viendo las fotos es mil veces mas bonita que la que fuimos. - lo del agua de coco natural servida por miembros de los indios Kogui, nada, no lo hicimos. - a la vuelta, según el programa, deberíamos haber visitado Rodadero, el epicentro turístico más importante de Santa Marta. Nada, se decidió regresar directos a Cartagena. Igualmente el guia mencionó que Rodadero era solo una para tecnica, cuando a mi me vendieron que se paraba para visitar. Sinceramente elegí este tour para poder visitar Barranquilla santa marta y Tayrona. No fue así . Me quede con las ganas de ver las ciudades y de disfrutar mejor el parque.
