Grand Colombian Tours did a very good job with my transportation from the Cartagena airport to my hotel in Boca Grande. They communicated very well the day before my flight when I got there, I contacted them and they were able to come meet me very quickly. In fact, my flight arrived earlier and they were able to adjust to pick me up earlier. The driver communicated with me on where to meet him and he was very helpful with advice on Cartagena on my way to the airport. I plan to use them again from my hotel back to the Cartagena airport when it’s time to leave.

I did not have a good experience with the transportation I scheduled to pick up me and my two friends as the airport and take to our hotel. When we exited the airport and went to the location for pick up, we were told that the driver left because they were waiting for over two hours (we scheduled our pick up to be at 4pm and it was 4:15pm when we exited the airport) and also that we did not pay for the services. I showed the manager the QR Code which shows that the pick up time was at 4pm not 2pm and that it was paid for. I was told it was nothing they can do because the driver left. We had to pay for a cab to our hotel which is an additional expense. I am requesting a refund for services not rendered. I’m not sure if this transportation services is scamming people but please refund me my money back.

Excellent experience. The driver was very accommodating. And gave great information to make contact with him upon arrival. I would definitely use them again on my next trip.
