Overall a good experience, however, the car was 20 minutes late to our appointed time. Also, the individuals who greeted us on arrival were aggressive about their tip. I would consider using this service again but would also consider using an Uber.

Alejandro was fantastic! From the moment we landed, he stayed in touch and made it super easy to find him—he let us know exactly where to meet and when to reach out once we were on the ground. The vehicle was spotless and had plenty of space for both my husband and me to ride comfortably. Although the drive to our hotel was short, Alejandro made the most of it by sharing a few helpful safety tips, which we really appreciated. Friendly, professional, and reliable—highly recommend!
