Disappointing. When I arrived at the airport there was no one waiting for me as previously discussed. I was messaging someone on WhatsApp and they were telling me someone was on their way with a sign with my name but nothing. 20min later they had a driver meet me at the airport. The driver is the only reason I’m even giving them 3 starts, because he was an absolute delight. Super nice guy that gave me a lot of tips. Thank you Simon.

Our driver was courteous and patient. It is so nice to be greeted in a new city with some one holding a sign with your name waiting to get you directly to your hotel.

El vehículo ya estaba en el aeropuerto cuando llegue. Me estaban esperando con letrero a la salida por lo que fue fácil identificarlos. Me contactaron de inmediato cuando realice la reserva y resolvieron todas mis dudas.
