Pagué desde México un paquete que incluía traslados aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto, city tour y tour a Playa Blanca. Escribí con anticipación para enviar mi itinerario y el día que llegaba a Cartagena seguían sin contactarme. Para los tours trabajan con una agencia llamada TIEMPO DE VIAJAR que brindan un pésimo servicio. Me ofrecieron un city tour en camión con aire acondicionado y no fue así, nos tuvieron 30 min en una sola parada. En el recorrido en la ciudad amurallada esperamos casi 40 min porque se llevaron el camión y estaban esperando a que la agencia mandara otro por nosotros. En mi paquete decía que incluía botella de agua y nunca nos la dieron... desde el inicio les comenté y mostré a los guías lo que había pagado y nunca les importó, solo te ignoran.
