Hiking the Pitons is one of the top things to do in the Caribbean as an adventurer. Before reaching the mountain, you'll get to pass through towns and villages; one of them being 200 year old town! The hike is a moderate to strenuous one that lasts about 4 hours which gives an opportunity to see the island from a bird's eye view.

Incredible Experience organized by , Superior Tours. Nickey Charles, Was my driver and tour guide , Polite, Knowledgeable and a extremely safe driver. When i arrived at Gros Piton , i was greeted by, Simone Nepitial, a true expert on hiking the Gross Piton. Could not have made it to the top with out her. Giving Thanks to these two Beautiful Humans that have definitely made this trip to St Lucia an unforgettable experience.

We did the Petit Piton hike (did the Gros Piton a couple years ago) and it was a true adventure! Not for the faint of heart or weak of body, it was 5 hours of intense physical activity and hand over hand rope work/climbing. Totally worth it! Our driver was super professional, the guides were great, and the view from the top totally worth it! Three opinions - bring LOTS of water (Camelbacks work best), you have to be in at least decent shape to do this, and take your time. TOTALLY the best thing we did in St. Lucia.

Had an excellent hike up Gros Piton, we had 3 awesome guides-Shane, Chonny and Meril. Spelling may be off. Had 4 rest stops on the way up with amazing views. Pretty difficult hikes, definitely not for beginners but very short hike, maybe 2 hours up and 2 hours Down. So it’s doable for beginners if your determined. Very hot and sweaty! But the views were worth the work of course! Highly recommend for all hikers!!
