Servicio de 10, les pondría 10 estrellas , trato muy personal buenos snacks bebidas y un buen cava para acabar el dia, el patrón Alberto es una gran persona, además incluyeron una moto de agua como extra y un seabob el servicio también una maravilla, la moto llego a la hora donde estábamos fondeados, nada mas que agradecer el trato que hemos tenido con Jetscoot. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Service of 10, I would give them 10 stars, very personal treatment, good snacks, drinks and a good cava to end the day, the skipper Alberto is a great person, they also included a jet ski as an extra and a seabob, the service was also wonderful, the motorcycle arrived at the time where we were anchored, nothing more than to thank the treatment we have had with Jetscoot.

First of all they try and cheat you with the package you agreed on. We had agreed on 2 sea bobs, a yacht and the jet ski to come to where we where. First they said no to the jet ski when the day came to go to the beach, we said ok cause we didn't wanna ruin our day. Then they said we only agreed to one sea bob but after some confrontation, a random proof on our phone that they agreed to 2 they said yes. Second of all the jet ski turn on and off while your going fast and ruin the whole experience of the jet ski. You tell the instructors and it's like they don't care at all. I mean we did jet ski activities in Ibiza and it was awesome but here there's something weird. They ruined the experience. Third they wouldn't give us our deposit back, but by this time we got used to how they operate. So after we refused to leave the shop unless they give us our money back the machine that wasn't working started working right away and they deposited the cash back. Will never recommend it and stay away from it, they ruined our one fun day In Barcelona!!
