The local vendor got our name and hotel Information mixed up with someone else. We got out of baggage claim and looked for our driver. We walked back and forth. No one really wanted to help us. Since our flight was delayed 30 min we thought the driver left us. We called and thank goodness someone answered. We texted a phone where we were and the driver found us. Once he did, all was well and very professional. The worst thing. Paying someone $70 in advance and trust they will show up!
