You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Fantastic experience with the best guide, Manuel! Zip-lining was so much fun and cave tubing was the best. The lucnh was sooo good and the people were extremely nice. Highly recommended! BRING BUG SPRAY!

This trip was life-changing. It was just absolutely amazing. I was having some issues with my breathing and the guides were also accommodating and so patient.

Amazing tour! We did both the cave tubing and the zipline. Our guide was amazing! He explained the history behind everything that we saw, from the wildlife to the different trees and plants, along with their uses. He made our excursion memorable and we 100% recommend. Worth every penny.
