Tour scheduled for 9:00 AM, guide arrived at 10:00 AM. After waiting 40 minutes, we had to leave due to other commitments. Tour operator admitted delay via WhatsApp. Viator refused refund despite clear failure of service. Would not recommend anyone books through this service. Go through someone in person.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures and descriptions! The guide was knowledgeable but had hurt himself the day before. This is a walking tour and he struggled a lot to walk. We spent about 2 hours exploring 3 church ruins and one crypt. He also took us to a jade store which was clearly a tourist trap but I felt he needed to sit down and rest. Save your money and visit the sites yourself. Antigua is a walkable city and you can do many of the sites easily alone

This tour was fun and very informative. Our guide was awesome. This was a great way to experience Antigua! Exploring the city on foot was fun but not easy!
