We used guat2do travel for private transportation around Guatemala. The vehicles were always clean and in good repair. All the drivers were friendly and very helpful and always on time. Carlos in the office was a great communicator and gave us the names us the contact information for the drivers the day before pick-ups. Carlos was available via WhatsApp which made it easy to ask questions or make changes as necessary. I would highly recommend this company.

I booked transportation from Antigua to Quatemala City Airport. I sent two emails confirming the pick up time for 10:30am. I sent a third email asking them to confirm that they had received the two previous emails. I never heard anything. I waited until 10:55am and called an Uber who arrived in 3 minutes. I had paid for the transportation through your company and never received any service. At 1:30pm I received an email saying that the driver arrived at 11am and told was told that I had left. Of course I left I had an international flight and needed to arrive on time. The Uber driver charged 2/3rds of what I paid through the tour operator. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I asked for a refund due to lack of service and funny I have heard nothing. Extremely frustrated with a bad taste in my mouth.

No one every contacted me to provide a pickup time. I had to cancel and switch to Uber for transportation.
