Viator driver did not correspond regarding pick-up/drop-off. Viator contacted about this issue the day prior to scheduled service. Viator did not want to escalate investigation & closed the case without any alert. During this time, I had to make my own arrangements for transportation. In the end, aviator did not provide a refund nor reasonable explanations.
