Toured from cruise ship to Borobudur temple. Guide Budi was exceptional. Friendly and informative. We had a lovely day. On parting we were presented with a video of our tour.

Loved the day of exploring Borobudur temple, we spent a full hour with our guide on the temple. He was fantastic. Stopped at a beautiful little restaurant for a meal on the way home. Highly recommend. Our guide was Taufon and was excellent.

Our driver and guide made sure we arrived just as the second level of Borobudur opened. We were able to bypass the crowds, see so much more without tripping over other tourists. Our guide gave us wonderful and pertinent history and folklore; our driver was an expert in traversing the busy and congested roads. They took us to a great little restaurant for a late lunch. We covered so much more with East Journey Travels than did our fellow cruise passengers who paid more for this upcharged excursion. Highly recommend—dependable and communicative
