While traveling to Morocco with my friends, we had the pleasure of meeting Driver (1), who greeted us with warm hospitality and patience, which we greatly appreciated as a deaf group. From booking to drop-off, our experience was seamless, thanks to our driver Elias, who knew we were deaf and provided exceptional service. He communicated with us effectively using notes from his phone and even learned some sign language from us. The company surpassed our expectations in every way, from the pre-flight coffee to the balloon ride and the traditional Moroccan breakfast that followed. Great experience, from the pickup to the hotel til the end! The flight was very impressive and funny! The view from the balloon on the Atlas mountain during the sunrise is just wow! A must do expérience!
