This trip is a great way to discover authentic and real culture in the mountains in just a few km from Marrakech. We will take you to visit a real Berber house where to share a traditional breakfast with, have a short camel ride for photos and great excursion(20min) then drive through different amazing landscapes crossing different valleys to reach Imlil Valley where to meet with our mule team and will take you for a ride to visit a small waterfalls. By lunchtime, you will ride the mules or hike to have your delicious lunch in a traditional Berber house with an amazing view. By the end of the day, you drive to rocky desert through the Kiki plateaux for a one-hour quad biking then drive back to Marrakech and will drop you off in your accommodation in Marrakech. We had an amazing 5 day trip with a highlight of staying over night at Sahara desert! Our guide Youssef was fantastic: showed us local places that are not listed in any travel guide, patiently took pictures of two of us capturing breathing vews of Morocco! The entire itinerary of the trip was superb, a mixture of active and relaxing activities. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic 5 day trip from Fes to Marakesh via the Sahara! Excellent guide, excellent accommodations, excellent activities (desert and slot canyon hiking, camels, nomads, local culture etc), excellent sites (atlas mountains, beautiful gorges, monkeys, kasbahs, ait bin hadou, skoura, so much!). I read all the rave reviews on here before booking this trip ... our experience met all those wonderful expectations and even exceeded them.

Our driver picked us up in a comfortable Toyota Land Cruiser at our house at 8am sharp. The Atlas day tour involves a lot of driving around, perhaps a total of 3 hours in the day. The tour was exactly as described, however we were disappointed because we had expected a more unique experience given the price paid. Our driver was basically just that, a driver, not a guide. While he was very friendly, he was relatively quiet and we had to ask questions. The driver stopped at several tourist spots, also the berber houses were tourist attractions where we crossed other groups. Food was nothing more than average. The highlight of the trip was the 1h quad ride, which is worth perhaps 20-30 euros per quad. In retrospect we would have done the trip on our own instead of paying such a high price for this average trip.
