Emailed 30 hours prior to arrange a pick up point and received no response. Defaulted to the pickup point (buried and difficult to find.) Name provided "Cafe Kiff Kiff" is no longer valid and cafe has a different name. So, we were roaming around in the hot sun looking all over to no avail. Tried messaging contact as well as calling (for about a half hour.) Finally, about ten minutes after our departure time we were told that they were unable to find a driver and cancelling our adventure. It was our last day in Marrakech and was unable to book another time. Very unprofessional and extremely dissatisfied. Did receive a prompt refund. Also, please be aware that this is NOT the Sahara desert but a 'fake' desert to accommodate tourists (the Sahara is more than two hours from the city.)
