Very nice experience with an 8 year old very nice driver came to pick us up at the hotel .. The day before we receive a message to confirm the appointment The guide of the walk very nice.also gives us a lot of explanations.. I recommend it.

Didn't manage to go in the end due to bad weather, but faultless communication and customer service from this agency (H&L travel excursions)- they processed a full refund immediately. Even while waiting to see if the weather would allow a trip, they were in close contact via WhatsApp message and voice calls. Would definitely recommend.
