Seamless, we had our tickets from the website and we turned up at the station early. Bus pulled up and everyone rushed to get on. The driver had a list of names and seat numbers and although someone was in our seat when we got on, we got sorted and the bus took off on time Bus stopped at a service station after an hour or so, where we were able to go to the bathroom and the shop. It sat for a while, maybe more than needed, but some people were getting hot food so it was probably to suit them
