We journeyed to Casablanca from Marrakesh - two of us on a private tour. The roads were great, however our driver/guide was using his phone a lot and kept drifting across the road. We had to say something to him because it was worrying. I think he just moved his phone so that we could no longer see it because it continued. Casablanca itself did not disappoint! We went to the temple and to Rick’s cafe for lunch! We were then asked what else we wanted to do - we had hoped for suggestions or a plan from our guide, but no! We said we would like to go for a walk along the coast - which was lovely. When we mentioned going to the old town he told us that Marrakesh was better and we headed back! I don’t think he really wanted to be there to be honest and was not a great driver/guide but I would definitely make the trip!

Two-thumbs up. We enjoyed the tour, admiring the magnificent external and internal architecture of Hassan II Mosque, the educating contents of the museum, and the sumptuous lunch in the classic 'Casablanca' movie inspired Rick's Cafe. Rachid our tour guide was very helpful, and even booked our reservation at Rick's Cafe. Thank you Rachid.
